We have in total spent 28 days in the gigantic country of Argentina and crossed the border 10 times while filling up on this occasion, many pages of our passports with entrance and exist stamps !!

Whereas an important inflation has hit the country for the past couple of years, traveling on a backpacker's budget can nowadays be a tricky task. We tried to keep our daily spending below 40€ but accommodation and transport have hit us strongly and we had to cut short our stay... However, we still think it would be a shame to let the financial part write off completely the dream of visiting this dazzling and lively country.

Globally renown for its exceptional meat, world class wines, diverse wildlife and starling landscapes, the complex country of Argentina is a worthy choice for whoever has time to devote.

While the North is home to the incomparable Iguazu falls, lush forests and historical Jesuit Ruins, the Atlantic coast hosts the vibrant European-like capitale Buenos Aires and the Valdes Peninsula where cluthers a unique wildlife.

From there, whether you decide to fly or take on the road leading to Patagonia, you will encounter a humongous grassland landscape also known as "pampa" and will witness fascinating glaciers and lagunas such as the Perito Moreno and Mount Fitzroy.

Motivated for some more hike or extreme sports? Bariloche will welcome you any time of the year with great skying opportunity, multiple levels of hikes, gorgeous lakes and of course excellent chocolate !

LET'S WATCH IT !
